Local Competition Paperwork
To compete in a local preliminary, contact the Executive Director of the program to register.  They will provide you a schedule for their program as well as materials specific to their program such as scholarship rules.  The paperwork provided below may be supplemented with additional paperwork issued by the local program in which you registered to compete. Be sure to return the paperwork to the individual designated to receive the paperwork.
